Buster spent the rest of the evening yesterday, stretchedout on his
cushion.
This morning when I was petting him, though, he noticed my lap, and
crwaled up into it. He wiggled around a bit, until he was lying on his
back, with no sore parts exposed to pressure (grin), then fell asleep
purring in my lap.
Buster is getting around today - he went to the kitchen to eat and
drink, instead of using the bowls I put close to his cushion. When I
sat down in front of the computer, he came to sit in my lap as usual.
He is in my lap now, and just expressed a biiiig yawn.
His fever is gone, and he offers only token resistance to having the
antibiotics squirted into his mouth. He doesn't spit it out, and even
swallows all the medicine, so this is good.
He hasn't been asking to go outside yet, which is even better. I ope
he decides to stay in all the time (crossing fingers, but not holding
breath - grin).
Little Feet has been unbelievably affectionate, even for him - staying
as close to me as possible, asking for skritches and cuddles. U'm not
sure if he is worried about me, or worried that I will take him to the
vet, or just showing appreciation for getting Buster fixed up.
At any rate, it's very nice.
Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

Mark Edwards <Mark-Edwards@comcast.net> had some very interesting
things to say about Second Update - Buster:

Or worried that he won't get his share of attention. :-)

Awwww. The yittle yad ;-) BF, after his snip, licked the offending parts
for a day. He then stayed around the house for three weeks, hardly went
outside. Yes, I thought, now he is neutered he's going to stay in a lot!
Not so now, he is out a lot, but maybe not as much as before.

Thanks for the continued updates, Mark -- glad to hear Buster is reasserting
his position (on your lap) in the household.
