Well, He did poop some more today (though it didn't seem like there was a lot of hair in it yet), he's perkier than last night and I found a *tiny* bit of thrown up hair. But the best news was he ate almost all the tuna water a/d gruel I put down just now which wasn't a lot (maybe an oz. of a/d and a 1/4 cup tuna water) but about three times as much as earlier. He is one sick kitty. Boy, after we get through this, he will receive laxatone *regularly* and I will have to do a MUCH better job grooming everyday. Tonight I am a little more hopeful that we won't have to resort to surgery. You should see the xrays. Poor boy. I feel like a very bad Meowmie. I suspect in a day or so, you will be the recipient of at least a piece of something that you will *not* believe actually came out of a cat. ;) Keep forcing water/fluids and easily digestible foods. We're still purring that he gets better and gets rid of all that hair very soon without resorting to surgery! Hopefully you'll get a big chunk of good news soon (how did I ever get to the point that I wish poop on a friend???? Oh yeah, it was when we adopted a cat. Never mind. :-) ) Purrs for all of you.
