Hey! Glad you got it. John is in the shower and I borrowed a laptop for
keeping up with stuff :) Not everything in there is for a crowd! The sole
piccata recipe I have in there serves 2-4 - nothing wrong with leftovers!
You can also use boneless chicken breast halves for that one. As for my
roasted butternut squash soup - well, it serves 8-10 but in my house really
only serves 4 if you're hungry. LOL Keep the cats whiskers out of the soup!
On page 74 - the recipe for "real" BBQ ribs by Cuchulain Libby (aka Hound) -
that one is a treasure. He died suddenly last year at age 44, completely
unforseen. Fantastic Q'r from Texas.
At any rate, we put that book together after 9/11 and all the proceeds went
to benefit the families of those who suffered losses that day - NYC, DC and
PA.
Enjoy. And have a good 'holiday' weekend! :D I plan to!

I haven't preused the whole thing, but I did find that I like the desert
section best (I find that I like the desert sections of all cookbooks best
;) )
I'm not much for BBQ, but the story for the recipe was interesting.
Sorry to hear about the "Hound". I saw several recipes from him in there.
BTW, next time John exits shower sans towel, make sure to have a camera, or
a web-cam, at the ready LOL
