Pheniox will turn 2 on Monday but we are celebrating this weekend. I found out yesterday i have to have surgery on Monday so I wont be able to party with her then so we are going to make a whole weekend of it. I went on line and found a recipe for a bithday cake made expecisally for a cat. So I am to attempt to make it and see how it turns out. So I just want to say HAPPY PURR-DAY PHENIOX and Meowmie loves you so much. Well Happy Birthday Pheniox! What a good Mommy you are for taking the time to spoil your furbaby when you have so much else on your mind! Hugs, CatNipped She is my princess and spoiled rotten. After Surgery I have to stay there for 2 weeks I am going to miss her and my other fur babbies so much so this weekend is going to be all there time. Two weeks! Oh my goodness. There Paw will be with them at night and they are use to me being gone at times, I have been sick for a while so they are use to it. If something happens and my Hubby needs to be with me, my neighbor will pop in on them. Oh by the way Diamond (the d*g I hit with my car) is doing great. Just wanted all to know. Regards and Purrs, O J Here is the recipe. 1 cup Whole wheat flour 1 tsp Catnip 1/3 cup Milk (or kitten formula) 1/3 cup Powdered milk 2 tb Butter or veg. oil 1/4 cup Soy flour 1 Egg 2 tbsp Wheat germ 1 tbsp Unsulfered molasses Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil and milk. Roll out flat onto oiled cookie sheet and cut into small, cat bite-sized pieces. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
