(Sashas mom here: She is talking about the saltine crackers in my
purse)
Last night Pheniox was a helping me get the greeblings that live in
Paws sock drawer, she can't see, so I stood watch to make sure they did
not scape and she went in the drawer to run deem out. But meowmie would
not listen when I try to tell her what I was doing and she closed da
drawer with Pheniox inside.
I try to tell meowmie she was in der but her not listen to little me.
Finally Paw let Pheniox out and den Paw loved her ( I was a little

Hi, Sasha! Captain and Stanley here.
Well, it's good that you guys got those greeblings out of the drawer!
We'll have to be on alert for when there's a drawer open around here, in
case we have to exterminate any greeblings in it. Right now, we're trying
to convince Meowmy and Paw to let us examine the refrigerator contents
whenever the door's open, but they're not cooperating. How are we to know
there aren't any snacks^H^H^H^H^H^Hgreeblings hiding in there, until we
take a good look?
And speaking of taking a good look. We know we're not supposed to go on
the dining room table or the kitchen table. If Meowmy or Paw sees us on
there, they shoo us off. But again, how can we be sure it's greebling-free
if we don't check it for ourselves?
So we thought we had our chance on Sunday night. Paw was upstairs watching
the Supper^H^H^H^H^H^HSuper Bowl on TV. (Meowmy sent him there so he
wouldn't yell at the living room TV and scare us kitties.) The two of us
and Meowmy were all taking a nap on the sofa.
Well, we woke up and Meowmy was still asleep, so we figured it was time to
check the tables for greeblings. We were on and off before anybody saw us,
so we thought we were clear.
Only we didn't figure that Meowmy would notice kitty paw prints on the
glass tabletop. And we should have guessed that when we tipped over the
lucky bamboo, and the watermonsters spilled out of the vase all over the
floor, that someone would notice that. (Meowmy's note: The teeny little
tooth holes in one of the bamboo leaves are a new feature, too.)
So now Meowmy has resolved not to take any more naps when the two of us
are on the first floor. Humph. We'll just have to figure out some other
way to stalk greeblings in the house. When are these humans gonna realize
that we're only doing this for their own good?
Purrs,
Captain and Stanley
