Check out the song "Calling Occupants Of Interplanetary craft" by
Klaatu.  It's on the first Due South music CD.

Aaaah! Another Due South fan? Joy! :o)

I used to LOVE that show.

Yesterday, it crossed my mind that I COULD possibly have named the two new
cats Fraser and Ray, after the two main characters of the show. Captain
and his orange (as in, red-headed) fur could have been Fraser, since the
Mountie was always wearing his dress red uniform. And Stanley, with his
darker fur, could have been Ray, the brunette.

Except that their personalities don't match the characters, lol. Captain
is too mischievous to be named after the very proper Fraser, and Stanley's
too laid-back to be named after the very hyper Ray. Their current names
suit them much better. So I'll have to file the names "Fraser" and "Ray"
away for future furry family members. :o)

Donna, still a DS fan after all these years

Ok i REALLY hate to seem like a spelling geek over this, but it's
driving me nuts.  It's spelled B-U-B-B-L-E-S  not ELS

Kristy
getting that off her chest.

I'm really mad about this.   I can't believe that someone thinks I am so
dumb I can't spell bubbles.   Jez, apart from the rudeness of correcting
me (for all Kirsty knows it could have been a typo.)it makes me wonder
why I am bothering to post anything here!!!  I am seriously thinking of
giving it away - Kirsty, I don't need lessons on spelling, literature or
anything else from you!!!!

Bev   (PS, I loved the way you spelled it out.   I really understand
now!!!)

Oh, I don't think she meant it like that Bev. The funny thing here is, I
didn't ever notice the spelling on the game until I lost the link and tried
to google it "bubbles .swf". Couldn't figure out why it wasn't popping up in
my search! So then I had to google the group to find the original post and
it was then I realized it was "bubbels.swf". Bing, you put that in and you
can get to it!

I thought they were spelling it like that because it was like that on the
game I dont know cause I've never seen it, but I just assumed that

Geez, have a bad day or something? I think they are talking about the
game "bubbels" not "bubbles" - as in blowing bubbles.

Now that you got that off your chest.

The game we are playing is B+U+B+B+E+L+S

And I would not presume to teach the folks in the Netherlands how to spell
in their own language.

Yup, I'd forgotten their version of it.
