I wasn't never Kitty's boyfriend, you know.  Meowmie thort I was cos Kitty
don't allow cats in der garden unless they her boyfriend, but I woz just a
little lost lad and she felt sorry for me.
Don't want Kitty for my girlfriend, anyway, she too fierce and she have too
many claws, at least anundred.
I woz brave today.  I chased away a black boy kitty.  I'll tell you all

Meowmie say dere is a fox coming in der garden at night trying to get our
chickens.  She no this coz this morning some of der drinkers were upside
down and one of the cockerels had dried blood on his "comb" where he ad
flown up in his pen to the roof to try and get away and urt imself.
I don't no why chickens need combs, dey don't have to brush dere hair, do
dey?
Meowmie wants me to stay in der house all night because of Mr Fox.  She say
foxes sometimes eat kitties.  I fink she wrong.  She say she not.
I so brave I take no notice, I sometimes slip out for rat patrol if she open
der back door when it dark and don't come back until nearly der morning.
Meowmie say she don't fink I brave enough to catch rats, not anything cept a
baby one, anyway.  I say I am.  She say but you only bring home mousies and
voles, and birdies that you got at night when they were asleep,  She say
that last not nice.
I say I catch lots of rats and eat them up strate away and she see oneday
wen I bring one home for her to tread on wen she gets up in the morning.
She laffed, Mimi. :-(  She finks I not brave enough to get der big rats!
Dey are *very* big, tho.  Massive.  I not afraid.
