Haven't sorted out the exact details yet, but here's the idea: Nominate you favourite post from the last year that reflects the sort of things Dave Y stood for: honour, decency, love of life, love of animals, gentleness of spirit, laughing at one's self, mischeviousness, love of dog-houses etc etc etc Then we'll vote. And/or submit the finalists to Patty Yehudah for the winner. And then starts the annual David Yehudah "Hi Y'all" award. Or something like that. WELL! The entire first floor must have heard me laughing my fool head off. People in the parking lot must have heard me, too. Then I had bouts of giggles for the rest of the afternoon, as one humorous detail or another would pop, unbidden, into my head at random moments. I don't know who came into the ladies' room *just* at the moment that I started in on a laughing fit, and I fervently hope that they don't know who I was, either. Yikes!
