The piggy is taking on a life of its own. I originally bought it for
Frank's 16th birthday, but Nikki has pretty much adopted it as her baby.
Frank's only interested in it when I rub catnip on it. Nikki will carry
it around and sing to it. It will turn up here and there around the
house, always standing on its feet. Either Nikki sets it down very
carefully on its feet, or it stands up itself, I don't know which. BUT,
the other day when I got home from work, it was lying on its back on the
bed! Looking like it was expecting tummy scritches, no less. Hmmm.

We had snow snow snow coming down for two days, accompanied by high
winds, so everything outside is now coated with snow; not just the
ground, but trees and buildings too. My windows at the office are
covered with snow so I can't see outside at all. It's close to 0°C so
the snow is wet and sticky.
