I'm starting a 4-6 month temp assignment today, and could use purrs
for a good first day, if anyone's got a few to spare :-). [Ava's been
cooing her beak off this morning, and when I check in with Felix,
who's busy being a bed kitty with Dad, he power-purrs.]

AFAICT, it's going fine so far. [Too darn cold today, and commuting
via bus/train means outdoor waiting while switching from one form of
transit to another.]

Good luck, Seanette! Hope they like you and you like them, and they decide
they need you there on a permanent  basis. (One can always dream, right?) At
any rate, hope you have a good first day at work.

I'm a little late with the first-day purrs, but I hope your day went
smoothly.  We're purring that the rest of the assignment goes well.

By the time I'm reading this your day's over, but I hope it went well,
and we're sending purrs that the job is profitable, enjoyable, and
permanent if you want it to be.   :-)

The temp agency told me that it could happen, but I'm not going to
count those chickens yet [the eggs aren't even laid yet :-)].
