I've invited a friend of mine, kilikini, to join us here in RPCA. She just
adopted (rescued, actually) two recently born outdoor kittens and is turning
them into well-cared for indoor kitties. She's having some problems with
her ISP regarding timely posts and replies, but she's going to say hello
when she gets a chance. She's also looking through kitten pics so you can
see their two babies.

Welcome Kilikini (you must tell us where that name came from)! Looking
forward to hearing about your kitties.
A more stable ISP for newsgroups is news.individual.net. You can learn more
about them at http://www.individual.net . Quite a few people use their
Usenet service (I'm one of them) and I don't think any of us have ever had
any real problems. I"d reccomend them over most ISP Usenet services.

Thank you all for your nice words. I'm so frustrated with my news server
being so behind if it wasn't, there would be more timely replies to your
posts.
In any case, the kitties are happy. They are currently sitting on the back
of my couch (good view out of the front window) and are curled up together.
It's so nice to wake up in the morning to a wet nose pressing against yours
and a gentle purr, isn't it?

Try www.individual.net. It is free and quite dependable.

Hrm ... typically, it's paws digging into my bladder and a purr like a
chainsaw while a tail baps me in the nose and mouth repeatedly.
But, yeah, in theory, that sounds nice =P
