I just left my three in the kitchen, engrossed, but in different ways,
with a fly.  Rhonda and Ding had mapped out zones and were batting at it.

Mr. Clark climbed on top of a large vacuum cleaner and observed the
entire scene. He looked exactly like the referee at a major tennis
tournament. sitting on the line between the two competitors.

It sounds so easy to say, but this little vignette really did make me
chuckle out loud.  I think anyone with three or more can just picture
this happening.

One of the things that appealed to me was Mr. Clark's great sense of
dignity, sitting in an authoritative position while the young ones
bounced in three dimensions.
