What happened to Joyce?

Does anybody know what happened to Joyce Wermont? I haven't seen a
post from her since well before Christmas. I thought she might be on
vacation but figure if that was it, she would be back by now. I hope
she didn't leave the group because of all that political BS that was
going on :-(

I emailed Joyce, here's her reply.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for writing! I'm taking a break from the group for now, but I'm
sure I'll be back sooner or later. Kitties are fine - Smudge got into
a cat fight and got bitten in the foot, but she's all healed now... life
goes on.
