Louie and I have a buddy who is quite the Renaissance Man--one of those
who likes to know as much as he can, about as much as he can. He told us
recently that in Japan, the second of February is considered "Cats'
Day." He'd read somewhere that it stems from a pun on the Japanese word
for two (Ni, I think) and its similarity to the sound of a kitten's mew.
So, the second day of the second month, Cats' Day. has anyone ever heard
of this? Because even if it isn't a custom in Japan, I think Louie and I
will start doing it anyway, just so we can have another excuse to spoil
our babies!
Blessed be,
Baha

AFAIC, every day is cat's day; I don't mind letting the groundhogs
hog a little spotlight on that day. ;)

I've never heard of it, but it doesn't matter. It's Cats' Day in our
house every day... :)

For us, too; I just LOVE to have another excuse to buy catnip and have a
party!
Blessed be,
