Mozart, the kamikaze Kitten

I know we have to take him back to be adopted out, but we're having too
much fun (and aggravation) from this little guy.

Mozart is a red tabby.  When we got him he was so sick that he'd crawl
into a hiding place and stay there.  He wouldn't come out except to eat
a bite or two and use the litter box.  We had him on antibiotics 2X a
day and knew that the only place to find him was under the dresser in
Maude (our everything room).

A few days ago, I got up and felt a now familiar whap on my toes.  I
took a step toward the bathroom and what looked like a giant fuzzy
yellow bug zipped past me, did a spin on a dime maneuver, and shot back
under the bed.  As I used the bathroom, the same yellow bug zipped past
me, leapt into the bathtub, spun around a few times and then shot out of
the bathroom and under the bed.

I'm starting to get used to being awakened at strange hours of the
morning by a kitten laying with his back against Rob and bunny kicking
my shoulder blade.  Blanket mousies are in grave danger of their lives.
The bigger cats are abandoning the bed in droves, except for Sgt.
Huey, who is also taking up kamikaze ambushes from under the bed.

Who is the masked kitten who is causing all this mayhem around our
house?  Yup, that little sick kitten who three weeks ago was entrusted
into our care.  BTW, he looks almost exactly like "Puss...in Boots" from
Shrek 2.  Even has the eye markings as such.  Maybe we should have named
him Zorro.

Oh my gosh! What a fun guy! I forget what it's like to have a kitten
around. Glad he's feeling so much better. :) Is he a foster? Oh my. How
do you do that? Bless you!

Or Antonio!

Man, why is it that hearing stories of being woken up by kicking kitty-feet
and ambushed in the privacy of your own home makes me want a kitten?  There
must be something wrong with me!

Are you absolutely sure about that?  Sounds like he's found his onetruehome
to me.
Purrs that he settles in with the rest of the clan.

Awwww Pam you know you want to keep him. You need the entertainment. If this
argument doesn't work Spicey will teleport over there and teach him to do "Puss
& Boot eyes"
