Our city FD rides around town with someone dressed up as you know
who. The truck riding in front of the fire truck stopped in front of
my house while the fire truck rode up the dead-end road across from
my house where it had to turn around to continue rounds. The guys in
the truck sitting in front of my house had their radio blaring and
the song playing was "Enter Sandman" by Metallica.  I just thought it
was funny.  =p

That is an unusual choice of music!

LOL I don't think it was for public transmission. Their windows
were up, and it wasn't coming across their microphone system. They
said Merry Christmas to me through that, so I know they had one.
Now I have the lyrics running in my head "hush little baby don't
say a word. And never mind that noise you heard".  lol Tell *that*
to the little ones waiting up for Santa. heehee (sorry, my sense of
humor is weird)
