From rec.birds:

"I was walking through Central Park today and wondered over to Evodia Field
where the feeders are set up. The usual woodpeckers and others were there
but
after about 10 minutes, during which time a Coopers Hawk and a Sharp Shinned
Hawk showed up, none other than PALE MALE himself alighted on a nearby tree
and sat there for about 30 minutes.

Fortunately I had my Nikon with me, 400mm lense , and fired away.  I will
post the pictures, on my website, after I develop the film, and alert the
group."

Thanks for this.  I'm hoping he stays in the area.
