Since someone seems to be keeping a list of high scores, I will post
mine, that I got about an hour ago. 125,640. The only reason I didn't
go higher is that the screen filled with nothing but pink bubbles and
once I cleared them the game was over.

I'm new at the thing; best I've gotten so far is 32,300.  Oh, well.
I'm sure I'm missing something on how to play it, but not being able
to find any rules in English makes it difficult!

btw, I saw somewhere that you can download it?  Anyone want to post an
URL for where?  Thanks!

If it's any consolation, I stink at it too and can't stop either.

I don't think those two things are a coincidence. I find that I can
only stop once I've cleared the screen. So, the better you get, the more
easily you will be able to stop. I really think it's the PURE FRUSTRATION
of that game that keeps us all so hooked!!

I've gotten way more hooked on ZUMA than on Bubbels. And yesterday I got the
highest ever score: 647,430, finishing at Level 11/2. That's in ZUMA DeLuxe,
of course.

Use speed-gear (

) to speed ZUMA Deluxe game down.
It's easy to break your record:)

You can't download it exactly, but once you've loaded it into your browser,
do a seach for bubbels.swf in your temporary internet folder (or just search
your whole hard drive).

Once you've found it, copy it and paste it into another directory (like
"games" or "bubbels" or whatever). Then when you double click on it, tell
Windows to always open it with your browser program.

Hmm. I tried that, but it couldn't find the file.

Yowie, when you say put it in another directory - what exactly
do you mean (I am computer illiterate on some things OK on others :) )
You shouldn't explain this to me as I need bubbels on my desktop like I
need a hole in the head, rofl.

Well, what I did was click on file then save, and then saved it to
a folder that I could find it on. If you are running XP you will have
a folder called Program Files. I suggest you open Windows Explorer,
then click once on C: drive. then choose File - New - Folder. Then name
the folder Games. Then click once on that folder, then once again File
New Folder. Name that folder Bubbels.
The go back to your browser, I am guessing IE. Click File, then Save As,
and save it to the new folder you just created.  Name it Bubbels.
Then close the browser. Go back to Explorer, and open the new folder,
Games, Bubbels, and double click on Bubbels. If you get a dialog that
opens asking what to open the file with, choose Internet Explorer. However
there is a good chance that it will automatically open with IE.
And just for drill, right click on the file, select copy, then right
click on your desktop, and then select paste shortcut here. Then you
will not even have to open a folder to start the game.
OK?
