I think it was Karen that asked for a piccie of the dog suits I made for the
Christmas parade today. My camera batteries went dead, and I only got one pic,
but if you can kinda see the suit on the little dog being held by the giant cat
in the middle. It says "Please Adopt Me" on the side. Volunteers walked about
12 dogs behind the float, and about a dozen people riding on the float each
held a puppy. If it goes the same as last year, every one of those dogs will
get adopted next week. The people in the costumes shown handed out little
packets with spay/neuter information and dog treats in them.
The cats kind get left out, but then no self-respecting cat would wear a little
fur-trimmed felt suit and work the crowd. :-)

Aww! (I bet cats wish they were generally that much bigger than dogs ;)
