Hi all, between the orphans and angelfish I don't even get to read
groups often but I got an orphan this week that I just have to share
with all the cat lovers. She is the most striking colors I've ever
seen. She and her brother and sister were 2 weeks old when mom died of
infection. They are rescue kitties numbers 889, 890 and 891. They are
doing just fine and have taken well to bottle feeding now. For those
that remember, I used to be OffuttOrphanage.

STRONG KITTEN FEVER WARNING!!!

Those are seriously cute babies! A kitten with such beautiful coloring
should have no problem finding a forever home. =o)  If of course, Foster
Mommy can bear to part with her. I had the firm intention of putting Nina up
for adoption when she was old enough, but that idea went straight out the
window when she was about five days old. =o)

Aww, what cuties! That colouring is a bit like my sister's cat Ronja.
She has grey tabby markings, but also a big red splotch on both flanks.

What little cuties! But my fave is the adult cat at the bottom of the
page. Is that your cat?

Yes, Joyce, Sunni is mine. She is the only one out of 892 rescued
kittens that I've kept. As a baby she used to bug me in the tub to sit
up so she could lay on my chest because she just had to be with me ALL
the time. Now how do you not fall in love with that? I had 2 other
cats, 15 years old, from before I started doing the orphan rescue but
the boy, PJ, died last week. :-( Thankfully his sister, Meow, is hale
and hearty and still top cat around here.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about PJ! Perhaps there is a reason such an unusual
kitten was sent to you ;)

So sorry about PJ. Our condolences and deepest rumbling purrs to you and
everyone else who is missing him now.

I'm so sorry about your loss of PJ, Lisa; I'm sure he had a wonderful life
with you.
You do so much good for all these babies.  The 3 newest ones are beauties
all (just tell the little boycat he's handsome from me).

Way too adorable. Did you see the littel heart-shaped yellow spot on that one's
head?? Eeeeek. I need a kitten, now.

The orange tabby and brown tabby and white mixed one is sort of like
Tyche.  That's what she looks like....

Kumani is mostly brown tabby with an orange "packi dot" (Sorry i don't
know the real term for it--a bindi? or is that only when it's a
jewel?) right in the middle of her forehead, like the traditional
Indian women wear.

Eeeek!  Adorable.  I love when they still have that "WTF am I?"  look.
