This morning, Vernon's plastered leg was giving him some gip. He'd had a rough night, so had a lie-in this morning. Nurse Waffles was in attendence. She gently jumped up on Vernon's chest, curled up with her head under his chin and *purred* her quiet purr. Paw immediately relaxed and settled.
