I called Ginger-lynn earlier this evening to leave a message that I
was thinking of her and believe it or not she returned my call a few
minutes ago.  Unfortunately I wasn't near the phone so I didn't get to
talk to her but she left a groggy message.  She made it through her
surgery and is recovering. She's in pain and was planning to take
medication after she left her message so I'm going to wait a day or
two before calling her back.  I just wanted to let everyone know she
is through her surgery and doing as well as can be expected at this
point. I'm sure she would appreciate any purrs sent her way.

She has been through so much ridiculous/incredible stuff.  Our purrs for her
continue unabated.

She called here too.  Like you said, she's home, in pain, and supposed to
rest.  No lifting for at least 6 days, no driving (no problem, Ginger-Lyn
doesn't drive) and so forth.  Her estranged husband is taking care of her
and the owners, who are doing fine.  Cosmo(?) which ever cat has the ear
problem has to go back as his drainage tube came out and she was draining it
by hand, but the ear closed up too quickly and now it needs to be opened and
drained.  She was more upset about that than by her surgery, ex hubby, or
anything else.  I'm glad that she came through so well, and still worried
about her.  Extra purrs asked for indeed.

Thank you for the update Julie.
Mosey is sending mighty healing purrs for Ginger-lyn.  She has gone through
so much lately and I'm keeping her in my prayers too.
When you do talk with her, will you give her my love?

Thank you for the update, Julie. Miranda just spent a rare purring
session on my arm. I'm sure she'd like Ginger-lyn to have her purrs.
