Four years ago, today,  a lovely young stripey lady  AKA "The Kitty
With the Surprise Inside" moved in with me, even though she was
dubious about the benefits of  having me for her hoomin. WHich is to
say, she complained all the way home from the shelter in the car,
sticking her paws out of the airholes in the carrier and told me what
a low opinion she had of car travel in general and me in particular.

But given the way things turned out and that I got TWO cats for the
price of one (And the price of a feline C-Section, but Mom helped me
with that), I still think I got a pretty good deal. =o) And Pan had
companionship for the last years of his life. Whether or not they were
the companions he would have chosen for himself is open to conjecture.
