"A cat chasing a mouse in Tirana's main power station caused a 72-hour
blackout across parts of the Albanian capital, the electricity company
said on Friday."

There is no annotation on that picture whatsoever.  It sure isn't a fried
cat and mouse.  What is it supposed to be?  What, Reuters does not want
people to understand the animals died?

Well, there is annotation next to the larger image (I must be going blind)
but it is still a bizarre picture to include with this story.
