Snoopy was 18 in March but she can still be playful, she sleeps on my bed
nearly every night, last night she decided the bed mice needed killin' she
bit, clawed and bunny kicked for about ten minutes until they were all dead.
I was still smiling as she purred herself to sleep.

I wish my three would do bed mice one at a time. But, No, is one starts
they all do and that can get painful!

Mine just do the kneading thing and it is painful! My sheets are all
snagged as well as my shirts. Tyrone, aka Dr. Evil, is the most talented of
my clowder in the kneading department. He likes to knead the area where my
boob used to be. Ahem. It's still rather sensitive despite the fact I
don't have much feeling there. He finds where it hurts, I tell you. I wake
up to a warm, furry, purring body and a sharp pain from a claw stuck into my
skin through my shirt. If that's not an eye-opener, I don't know what is!
:~)

Snoopy does that as well, she kneads my throat to wake me up some mornings.
It works. ;-)

Oh, there is no kneading at this house. It is KILL time and they are all
set to do it. Doesn't seem to matter is I have one or two blankets on. If
I ever get that restless leg syndrome, I may as well give up and order a
wheelchair, come to think of it, I still have Bob's. No expense there.

I have restless leg syndrome and I have a wheelchair. You're welcome to
both! LOL.

Oh, I have a fancy electric chair. Bob FINALLY got it about six months
before he died. Everyone tried to tell me to sell it. I figured "It don't
eat no Hay". So, removed the batteries and parked it in the corner. Makes
an excellent coat rack, cat bed.
I use more scissors in the kitchen than knives. Only use knives when I have
to.

Who better to keep bedmice under control than an expert? =o)
Nina is in a crazed kitten mood tonight. She's been galumphing around
the apartment at High Octane speeds all evening. Just now, she's under
the bedroom rug, searching out any Carpet Greeblings or carpet mice, I
surmise. Or perhaps believing that I'll dismiss the cat-sized and
shaped bulge under the rug as being entirely coincidental.
But isn't it amazing how these critters know exactly where to step
when walking over their hoomin's to cause maximum pain from just their
weight supported on the critical paw? They always seem to find
pressure sensitive spots an then they just STAND there!
