Sunday, the 11th, is Mother's Day, and even if you don't have any barekittens, you have your furbabies of all types, (d*gs, moose, etc) and Mosey and I want to wish you all a Happy Mother's Day. IDK if Mother's Day is a USA Holiday or if it's Global. I lost my own Mom late last August, and I'm in tears because I won't be able to call her this year. So, I'll write her a loving note and tuck it in my Bible for her. Some countries celebrate Mother's Day on a different date, but Australia celebrates it this weekend, along with the USA. I'm sorry about the loss of your Mom. It is a bittersweet day to be sure My new neighbor just brought me over a huge bunch of lilacs from his lilac bush:) He and his wife are from the Ukraine and I had put some small wind chimes on his lawnmower when he was in his house. Now I must learn to speak Russian. His English isn't very good, but he understood 'thank you' when I thanked him for the lilacs...and he gave me a big hug <G> Boy they smell good. Hug Kyla I am having a tough time with mothers day this year for some reason. My husbands parents always bought flowers for planting on Mothers day. For the last 60 years, my husband and I continued to do that. Since he died two years ago, I haven't done this and it didn't bother me. This year it does. Life sure can be funny. I am trying to get my son to continue doing this with his new wife. If he does tomorrow, I will buy my own flowers. > "John F.
