I bought one of those heat wraps for my wrist.  I actually got some sleep
last night.  However, when the alarm went off, I thought my arm was on fire.
My Willow kitty is always cold.  Sometime in the night she discovered the
heat on my wrist and proceeded to lay down on it to keep warm.  I thought my
arm was on fire and it was also asleep.  Bet I won't do that again!  Well,
depends on how bad it hurts but will protect it from Miss cold Bunns anyway.

Be careful about going to sleep with any sort of external heat source
touching your body, such as a heat wrap or a heating pad.  If you fall
soundly asleep, particularly with the aid of a sleeping pill, you can get
a first-degree burn (redness) or even second-degree burn (blisters)
before you wake up.

Hmmm, and I thought not reading the directions was a "man thing".  That is
what it said but, it felt so good and I needed the sleep.  However, you can
teach an old new tricks and, I really won't do that again.  Didn't get
redness but whole area is a bit tender.

Kitty was telling you she wants one too.  If they're cheap enough maybe you
could buy her one.

Not at about 10 bucks for two of them.  He Royal Highness Miz Kold Bunns can
go back to her heating pad and be happy.
