I kept waiting for a swat!  Mine would have done that way before that video
had finished.  :~)

Ours did that yesterday.  Molly and Jake for the most part are like many
siblings.  They will hunt and fight intruders together, but pick at each
other the rest of the time.

Jake was sprawled in the middle of the family room rug on his back.  Molly
comes in and walks over, puts a paw on him and starts to wash his face.
Jake jumps nearly a foot and then swats at her.  She sits there looking
like 'who, me?'  Both follow-up by pretending the other one doesn't exist.

I was waiting for a swat, too. Mir looked like she was going to swat
Caliban a couple of times, but I guess it was too much effort. She would
have had to turn around and all. :)

Oh, but of COURSE!  That would have taken work.  LOL.

They are *so* pretty, Marina. In spite of the fact that Rowdous will
never have a little boy, Caliban could pass for his baby, draggy
belly and all coloring. Thanks.

It was around 16 C (about 60 F). Uncommonly hot for April/May in
Helsinki. :)

Nothing like relaxing on a sunny day with a pal.

Caliban is apparently a Smell Inspector.  He seems to take smelling
things very seriously.

Oh, yes, Caliban is the Smell Inspector. Alwayss ticking his nose into
everything. He greets me at the door when I come home and sticks his
little nose in the air and I have to reach down to let him smell my
hands before my entry is approved. He also inspects everyone esle who
dares enter hsi flat, whether they are familiar or strangers.

Merlin is our Smell Inspector.  We call him Olfactory Oriented.  Nothing
happens around here without him sniffing it first.  He's the first cat we've
ever had that was so smell obsessed.

Caliban is also the Kitchen Inspector and Cooking Overseer, the Customs
Inspector checking all bags that come into the flat (and sometimes
rummaging through my backpack when it's just been sitting on a chair for
hours, just in case someone sneaked something into it), and the
Inspector of the Flush. He has to make sure the waters come down the
proper way, you know.

Roxy does this with me, too. I figure it's her way of asking what I've
been up to.
