Cat O'Nine Tales by Jeffery Archer is a book of 12 short stories.  It is
British with a Mark Twain twist to every story.  While the cover is of an
intriguing cat's face and each chapter is headed with an endearing sketch of
a cat character not a one of the stories is about a cat.  All of the tales
are about prisoners Archer met while he was incarcerated or before or
afterwards.  They are clever stories and witty and some charming.  Even if
you don't care to read the book do pick it up and browse through it when in
your library or bookstore.  It is a treat.
