If not, ping me and I'll send it thru my Yahoo addy.
I can go int o my sent file and do a copy and paste and transfer it to my
Yahoo address...I can do that, and I'm amazed that I CAN do dat .
*rolls eyes*
remembering the days of 'flag' pling pling cash registers, typewriters, and
now, we're in the deep space of the Internet.
Amazing, yet scary.

Newfangled & computerized isn't always a good thing.  There's a small
convenience store down the road from where I live.  It's not part of a
chain; it's not a gas station that tacked on a store for beer and snacks as
sort of an afterthought.  Their prices are quite competitive with any
grocery store and they even sell produce and hot cooked breakfast & lunches.
Anyway, about 10 years ago a massive storm knocked out power in a very large
area, in some places for a couple of weeks.  The other stores in the area
had emergency lighting but (with the exception of the big supermarket and
drug store chains) didn't have their electronic cash registers on UPS
systems.  So while everyone else was trying to figure out how to stay open,
this little store with it's manual cash register and price stickers on
everything (as opposed to scanners and barcodes) was doing a booming
business! :)

Good for them.. A few years ago we had a massive power outage as well, and
the Albertsons was pretty out of it.  This too was before the days of bar
codes and alll that crap.  Remember the days of 'Generic' packaged products
from years ago? They had either yellow or white labels and just said Generic
peas, or whatever the product was.
Geez, I'm OLD...I'll be 63 on Income Tax Day.
