Grumble grumble.

I can't get my individual.net account to renew.  Frustrating.  I know its
just because my payment account has an old credit card listed.  But I don't
have a clue what my user name or password are for the account.  I tried the
lookup function and they say they have several accounts with the information
I provided, so would I please call?

Quite sure they have more than one account for me as this happened last year
and I suspect the year before as well.  Calling is a problem since I can't
use the phone and Charlie is about five calls behind on stuff I need him to
call about as it is.

I hate dealing with this stuff, but I'll figure it out again tomorrow.

At least I can get to the cat group from my server account, but it won't
access a few other groups I like.

If you can't call, would they accept you emailing them?? I don't know
that much abt NIN as I don't use it myself.

Oh, I'll just have to start over at zero.  Open a new payment account and
then use that to open a new NIN account.

Its just some days the inconvenience of not being able to make a simple
phone call gets under my skin.
