Time to give the litter box its thorough cleaning today. For preference
I do this outside, but tonight it was dark, windy and wet out and I
didn't want to get soaked so I did it in the bathroom. My usual way of
working when I do this inside a quick wash, then a wipe round with
bleach to thoroughly disinfect it, then a wash out to get the bleach
out. To wash out I use the shower head, taken down from the wall and
used over the bath. It's a power shower so it gives a really good flow
so i can make sure it's really well rinsed. I was just about finished
when I dropped the shower head in the bath. Of course it turns upside
down and squirts a jet of water in the air. There' only two things i
can do about this, reach over the bath (getting soaked) grab the shower
head and point it downwards, or reach over the bat (getting soaked) and
turn the shower off. As Mark Twain said, some of my words were not
Sunday School words.

Now when Colin Firth, as Mr Darcy, emerges dripping wet with his shirt
clinging to him I'm told females the length and breadth of the nation
swoon. When I do it the only two resident females look  at me as if
I've completely lost my marbles; not surprising when you see how they
react if they get the smallest drop of water on their fur. You may have
heard the phrase "enough to make a cat laugh". Well I think this was
it.

LOL, great story! So much for not getting soaked.

I'm convinced Colin has some kind of "wet him down" clause in his contracts.
Not that I object. ;)

Possibly you're not furry enough. ;)
