I can copy the src (source) line from the blog section, as Dan suggested. I have added icanhascheezburger.com to my subscribed feeds, and then add it to the watch list. Every thirty minutes (my choice of time interval), Wizz goes out to look to see if there have been new posts, and alerts me if there has been. When I click on the link from Wizz, the individual URL is in my address bar. Wizz makes it easy for me to watch the blogs that I am interested in. It does have a few bugs, and they may be tied to me not taking the time to properly learn the mechanics of the software, but overall, I am satisfied. I just haven't figured out how the Firefox cache ties into it. It will ask me to clear the cache, and if I do, I see all kinds of old posts again. Someday, I'll figure it. But I use a slightly less easy way - under the picture you want to send there's a box that says "Copy and paste to your blog". If you highlight the contents of that box with your mouse and press control-c it will copy the contents into your clipboard. You can then compose an e-mail or a Usenet message, then press control-v to paste the contents of the box. This will give you more than you need.
