We are at the kitty doctor's this morning.

Last night, he came in with his right paw swollen, and limping. I did get
a look at it - his dewclaw (thumbclaw?) is broken off at the quick. He
won't let me get a closer look at the paw to see if there is any other
damage.

He rode quietly to the vet, sat in the carrier, fascinated by the sounds
and smells.

I got him in the exam room, however, and he was so scared he peed the
counter. Twice. He wasn't quite as scared when I covered his eyes, but he
wanted back in his carrier!

He weighs just over 13 pounds (!), not a bit of it fat.

Asnyway, we could use some purrs for the poor, nervous, wounded baby.
