Erfcake  scared pets

According to the latest news, searchers are out in the cold hunting for
lots of lost pets.  The six point earthquake in Wells, Nevada has been
followed by nearly 100 aftershocks.  Pets have been frightened and have
run away.  Please send purrs for the frightened pets so they (hopefully)
will return to safety.   MLB

Poor beasties--so scary.  Every once in a while we get smallish earthquakes
here and my cats run for cover even with the little ones.

Purrs for the missing pets, I hope they're soon reunited with their
families.

As a veteran of the 1989 Loma Prieta Quake, excuse me, Erfcake, I can
absolutely vouch for this!   I remember Izzy and Pan, my owners at
that time were GLUED to me that night. And as the power was out and
every now and then we'd get an aftershock strong enough to feel, I was
very glad for their company.
