Yep. I'm using Windows Mail (and on my PC at home, OE with OE Quotefix
installed). It beats the hell out of the Google Groups interface which
doesn't let you killfile anything at all. Sure, there are "real"
newsreaders. I don't happen to want to pay for one, or to use the freebie
suggested which would limit my daily posts. I *am* investigating
Thunderbird since I use Mozilla Firefox in place of Internet Explorer. I
don't have Persia to play with so my days here are dull, dull, dull! LOL I
need my newsgroups!

I use Outlook for my e-mail, and OE without Quotefix, which will probably
crash my pooter:(
