kilikini - 11 Feb 2008 11:28 GMT Hi you all. Hope everyone has been doing well. I haven't posted in so long, I don't have the time to go through 10,000 messages. :~) I hope everyone is doing well. For those dear children that went to the Bridge, I send major hugs and purrs. I've had a really stressful year and didn't have time to keep up with the number of posts in here.
I'm recovering, so I have some time now. :~)
My little ones, Chloe, Tyrone and Puamakea are all in fine health, although they still insist on tearing up my house, those little rascals! Oh well, cats will be cats and we love them for that, don't we?

Thanks, Marina! Nice to see you. Yeah, I'm still recovering and, unfortunately, the tumor has grown back. I'm currently playing the waiting game. It's okay, I'm in good spirits, I sleep a lot, and I'm doing whatever it takes. :~)

come to think of it - it's exactly 20 years since i was declared completely free of cancer. 23 years since it was removed surgically. it was in my thyroid, which was removed completely. we will purr that you can celebrate 20 cancer-free years one day. *smile*

This thing is a bugger, isn't it? It's wonderful to have furry friends around to warm up a cold lap during the winter months when you just feel like crap, isn't it? :~)

the cats are an immense comfort. i'm glad to hear miss pua is still doing well. you certainly worked a miracle there. here, mir-mir and caliban keep me busy. mostly i just have to look at caliban and i burst out laughing. he's such a clown. mir is her sweet quirky self. her latest thing is to meatloaf on top of the tv and look down onto the screen. she looks very interested, tilting her head this way and that to get different perspectives.

I can just picture Mir. LOL. If there's a commercial on our TV with a bee buzzing or something flitting around, Chloe has to try to put her paw up to catch it. We're slowly building a new computer tower on the kitchen table (part by part) and that's been Pua's meatloaf spot because she sticks to me like glue and I'm usually in the kitchen either cleaning or cooking. :~) Tyrone flops around on the bedroom dresser staring out the window when he's not getting into trouble somewhere. We call him........ Dr. Evil. :~)

I was looking for a picture just yesterday, and I came across a pic of Pua, when you rescued her. (I have saved thousands of pics, over the years, and they aren't at all organized.)
But it made me think I had not seen a post of yours for a long time.
I'm glad you are back!

You know, just the other day I was just looking at some pictures of when we found Pua because I'm thinking that she's losing a bit of weight, but there's still no comparison! She's gotten so much more color in her fur now, too. My Tuxedos are rather, um, "fluffy", but I'm not worried about it because they exercise and their fur is blue-black glossy. Tyrone (Dr. Evil) is just a really large cat; his paws are enormous. He weighs 14 pounds. Chloe weighs about 11 and Pua weighs about 7. They all eat, they all poop (and boy do they poop!!!!), and they all drink water - from a glass, no less. I have a little prince and two princesses. :~)
