I spent a lot of time with him last night, and he was a complete and
utter lovey boy. I also played with him, and he is the only cat I've
ever met who purrs while playing. I got on the computer, and he cuddled
with me (although he doesn't stop moving, so his cuddling is more like
headrub headrub walk walk walk rub entire body against me headrub nose
rub purr purr purr). He really is a sweetheart.
At one point, Licky was standing outside the door crying incessantly,
so I finally let him in to meet the mysterious cat-smelling object.
They eyed each other, approached each other, and touched noses. I saw
Everett do the turn-head-away-to-show-non-aggression thing. Eventually,
someone hissed, but I couldn't see who it was, so at that point I put
Licky back out of the office. But that didn't go too badly, all in all.

He's a total affection-hog. I just spent 45 minutes being forcibly loved
on by him. He's back down on the floor, but I can still hear him purring.
So far my only complaint about him is that when I'm in the middle of
an intense cuddle with this cat, he will suddenly pass the world's most
noxious gas. Yikes! And he does it often. The rescue person said he had
a sensitive tummy. I need to get an *insensitive* nose! Meanwhile, where
are the matches? :)
Glad to see you're back in the saddle. :)

lol. when caliban first came to me, he had a sensitive tummy, too. he
would do his cutesy bit in the midst of this green cloud. p-u. now that
he mostly eats only fresh meat, he seldom farts any more.

No straining! Take care of yourself. Only someone who writes for a living
would apologize for the lack of capital letters. :)

Don't strain! We can read it just fine without caps. Take care of that
hand!

Think of your self as the re-incarnation of ee cummings. He hated
capital letters. Good to see you back and hope that everything keeps
going well for you.

Please take care of yourself, Marina. Lack of capitals does not matter
at all.
Lots of healing purrs,

Careful with the matches, he could become jet propelled. ;o)

Pine Cone did the same thing from Iams kitten food. We changed to
Hills Science and the flatulance mostly stopped.
