Hi again group.  At the beginning of the month, I had some kind of
virus.  I was ill, but able to function, sort of.  Well, you all know
me, I can't do anything by half.  I got out of bed yesterday after
spending four days tossing my cookies and wanting to die.

The feline nursing crew was on hand to make sure that I didn't suffer
alone, as was Rob.  Unfortunately, he caught it from me, though his
doesn't seem as severe as mine was.  Miss Calico Girl spent most of
her time on my pillow re-arranging my hair and combing it out so that
I looked my best as I dashed to the bathroom.  Huey kept Rob safe and
purred at me on occasion.  QC slept between Rob and I and snuggled up
to keep me warm.  The rest of the gang kept us entertained by chasing
each other in and out of the room, doing silly stuff like pretending
to be meer cats, and kept us informed about life outside our bedroom.
Where would we be without them?

Any way, I'm back more or less, though you know I'm lousy about
keeping up with what is happening on the group.  Matt, I'm sorry about
Spirit.  We never have enough time with them.  Ginger-Lyn, our purrs
and prayers are with you as well at this time.  Please let us know how
we can help you out.  Vicky, my thoughts are with you and Joel and
Cary at this time too.  Please let us know how everything is going
with you as well.

My clowder has their purr motors at full speed and are sending to
those who want or need purrs and our thoughts and wishes are with
those who need or want them as well.

Pam,
Best wishes for a (more) rapid recovery.  Skritches for the nursing
crew.

Glad you are feeling better, Pam. I'd much prefer a bad flu than a stomach
lurgy, any day!

I've had a miserable month, too.  Let's hope that we can turn the page on
this one, and forget it!
