I finally got a new camera and some new pictures. Plus a pair of very old
pictures I promised someone.

The ones in the January 2008 folder are all since my granddaughter was born
on Thanksgiving. Except of course for the old pictures of my great
grandmother. I put those in to show someone what rheumatic arthritic could
do to someone over sixty years.

My 53 year old sister is in a wheel chair on good days with rheumatoid
arthritis. She had to retire from her beloved career as an hydraulic
engineer because of this. I was recently diagnosed with the
beginnings of it. As much as it hurts, I'd hate to feel what it is
like when it is full blown.
The animals and grandkittens are adorable. I'm jealous.

oops brain f*rt, Claire was/is an hydroelectric engineer. She was the
one who was in charge of one of the teams that mapped out power lines
for new developments in the Seattle area.

Molly not only has been in my lap (very briefly) most evenings recently, she
walked over Kayla's face to get there for the pictures. My baby girl is
coming around.

Your Molly is a gorgeous cat. Her eyes lept through the screen and I
found myself wanting to get her anything she wanted. I'm sure you find
it hard to deny her anything!

Great pictures!! Molly is gorgeous, what a face. Of course she reminds
me of Roxy, but with added calico color! :)
Also, I love the ones of you covered in cats and dogs. (Well, one cat,
two dogs.) I sometimes end up like that myself in the evenings, minus the
dogs, of course, but often with two cats on top of me.
I've gotten terrible at remembering details. Could you remind me what
the siamese and the chihuahua's names are? I think the BC's name is Kayla,
but that might be Helen's BC. Eeek, maybe I should go back to bed :)

In order of seniority, Jacob (Jake) is the seal point Siamese. He's nine.
Molly is the Calico girl, she's about five.
Kayla is the BC. She's two.
Camille is the rat, I mean Chihuahua. She belongs to my daughter but comes
sometimes for "doggy day care" and to play with Kayla. She's nine months
old.
(Helen's BC is Cara.)

Thank you for the run-down. I think that when you mention Jake, I sometimes
think he's a dog. I don't know why I think that. But that might be why I
suddenly wasn't sure who that extra cat was! :) (I'm sure he's not "extra"
to you.)

Oh, yeah, I've heard you mention her.

I knew that! :)
