I often forward things others have sent to me, but this is original.
This morning I started playing with words and came up with a few new
spellings and definitions that fit the category (!) of felines. I sent
it to Flippy and some friends and relatives, and they replied with a
couple of their own words and definitions. Here they are:

CAT WORDS BY BOBCAT AND GUEST WORDSMITHS

CATALIST - A cat's reminder of things to do

LITTERATURE - What cats read while doing their business

CATACOMBS - Essential items when grooming long-haired cats

KITTENKABOODLE - Mama cat's little family

CATERPILLER - A device used to give cats their medicine

CATATONIC - What you give your cat when the caterpiller doesn't
work
          - Contributed by The Lady of the House

PUSSTERIOR - A cat's rear end

CATKIN - A cat's relatives

CATMANDU - The things cats do that drive us nuts
           - Contributed by my cousin Shaun in Ottawa, Canada

Would you like to add to the collection?
