They are both eating and using the litterbox so I am relieved of my main
concern.  I guess they are getting a _little_ more relaxed with me around
but there is a way to go.  At this point since they eat and "go" I don't
mind.  To be honest considering their altenative I would be ok if they
stayed the way they are.  Having said that it seems clear they would like
to be more friendly so time should work wonders.  I am back to work so they
have the run of the house but it seems they still sleep most of the day
even when I am out and that is ok too.

I did get Lyle to chase the laser pointer a bit and posted a movie of it
here:

He is still leary but getting a bit better.

I am happy they are doing better and that they will adopt you as a slave

Andy   remember  cats and woman are like the ocean you have to learn to go
with the flow  or one good wave comes along and they will drown your butt

All those times both of us in the other groups telling them they need
patience  time to heed our own advice my friend.  Soon in the future you are
going to wake up unable to move for one will be sleeping on your head.  The
other will be on your back  both with their claws out telling you don't move
we are comfortable ;-)

They already bark commands but I pretend I don't understand.

I was "pre-trained" by Zak.

You were trained at birth like me ;-)

A little shy at first but then he really got into it. He's very like
Caliban, only Caliban has a shorter tail.

Later on Lyle played with the fluffy string on the poll toy but Frank
wont have any of it yet.  It was pretty funny when Lyle went under the
couch to where Frank was and I swear he told Frank "come on out, this is
fun" but Frank was not yet ready so Lyle came back for more.  You can
really see him look out for Frank as they pal around the house.

That's so sweet of him. I'm glad they were already such good friends and
can take solace from each other. I guess Frank will take his time before
he understands you're there to serve him. :)

Great video. It's early days yet and they've already progressed, I'm sure in
a few months time they will be so much better.
