I'm just sending this post before going back to my sick bed - but I have to
go to work tomorrow so I'll check back in then.

My Christmas was about normal for me - I got sick with the flu and had a
fever of 104, DH had to work Christmas day so I had to cook and I gave
myself third-degree burns on my thumb (to the point of permanent scarring),
and then I lost the temporary crown on my tooth - all in all, not one of my
worst Christmases.

How was your holiday?  ;>

Wow!  If that wasn't one of your worst Christmases, you must have *really*
had some bad ones!  I hope you feel better soon.  My Christmas was very
nice.

The kiddies were sick, and then so was I when I got home-- fever, aches, the
whole nine years.  Still can't talk.  I don't think colds and flu incubate
that fast-- I must have been coming down with it for awhile.  Curious how I
just went flat out until Christmas, and the moment I had a chance to take a
breath, I got sick.

That happens to me a lot.  Working on a major project for work, I can
keep going and going, even if I don't feel 100%.  Then the pressure
dies down, and wham!  I'm flat on my back with a temperature and fuzz
in the brain.
