Had some friends pop round this afternoon (Yours Truly, the hostess
with the mostest, is having a New Year's Party tomorrow- I'll be glad
to get back to work for a rest!) to deliver some of the refreshments
for said party so, of course, we had to sample them.
Anyway, I went to the bathroom, then went into the kitchen to wash my
hands and Dave said "I though I put a clean towel in there didn't I?"
And I said, " Sarsi's asleep on it and I didn't want to wake her up"
Dave said "Oh is that where she is?"
I looked round and my friends (not slaves they wouldn't be in the
least surprised by this exchange) were laughing their heads off
Funny- I didn't think it was amusing- I learnt the hard way to let
sleeping cats lie

PS I realized today that I'm very well trained myself. I needed to buy a
lamp for a corner table. My main criterion was that Miranda must be able
to 'sun' herself under it.

Aaah, good slave. With me it's the bed that I want to make but can't
because Rhia's curled up under the covers and of course I wouldn't
dream of disturbing her.

I cannot believe I did this. I had folded several bath towels after company
left a few days ago. I left some of them on the dryer while I went to put
sheets away. When I came back for the towels, there were two cats asleep on
them. I just left they until the cats woke up. Glad Lee is away as I can
here her snickering from here.

Why would there be snickering? Missy's favorite place while I'm on the
computer is a large bath sheet folded into 1/4s and placed on a
sheepskin (fake) folded in half. They do know how to get comfy.

She would snicker because three years ago if you had told me I would have
one cat let alone three, I would have told you were nuts. Have always been
a dog person and yet the dog is the one that led me to the cats.
