Holy Smokes, what an insane day!  I get very bad headaches occassionaly and
have to take very strong drugs for them. This morning started out with such
a headache and such a medication the combination of which renders me kind of
out of it.  Then the contractors came in and started demolishing the first
of two bathrooms that are being remodeled-can you hear the pounding,
crashing and banging?  I thought I was okay, didn't qualify as fine, but
okay. Had some errands to do. I first went to do some business at a company
which is owned and operated by two very dear friends. I was there for only
three minutes when they took my car keys away from me and brought me home!
Now all the while I was sure that my sweet cats were alright. Four was
secure on the porch  Victor was outside where he loves to be in the Florida
sun, the contractor mentioned seeing him in the garden. And of course Aggie
was under the bed where she always, always, always is (so I thought). I
settled in to read RPCA and I heard the non-stop, pissed off,
I'll-Never-Forgive-You-For-This, wailing meows of a cat outside the porch.
Even Four checked this out. I dashed around the house, as well as I could
dash in my compromised condition, to see what was going on and there was
Aggie Marble, who has not been in the OUT for more that 15 years, covered
with green stickies, her fur flying in every direction and yelling her
little kitty head off.  I gathered her up and carried her, still yowling at
the top of her lungs, into the house.  I manged to get through all the moved
furniture and to the bedroom door which the contractor had closed.  I opened
the door and WHAM got run over by Victor, on his speedy way out, he
apparently had come in when the contractor was coming in and out and was in
the bedroom when he closed the door.  Aggie must also have ventured through
the outside door one time when it was propped open. Nobody is very happy in
this house today. I'm sorry!!

I used stronger language than that when I had was experiencing that Monday
headache, Suz.  It would break my heart to have the migraines return. Things
have settled down thankfully.

Migraines are the lowest form of human punishment.  I had long hair for
years and, until I got it cut off shoulder length I had them three times a
week.  Doctor said once that the weight of the hair could do it and I
thought he was nuts.  Oh well, guess that is why he got all those big bucks,
not sharing that info for so long.

Ugh, that's awful! Do you have migraines? I can't imagine having to
put up with construction during one of those.

How is Four doing with all this noise?

Purrs for your head and everyone else's nerves.

I had very, very, very bad migraines for 38 years. Had to stop working, was
on morphine at home and Nubain at the ER for years. The headaches just
stopped short Feb. 2006.  I really don't know how I did whatever it is that
I did on Monday, I was on Firanol and probably didn't care much about the
construction.

> How is Four doing with all this noise?

He is fine because he is at the opposite end of the house from it. It would
be awful for him to have found a sanctuary and then have to go through all
that noise and not be able to run away from it.

Thank you, we are fine now.

Thanks Marina.  Headaches are gone, and may they stay gone. Only a quiet
painter here today. Cats are all napping.  It's as though Monday and Tuesday
never happened.

So sorry to hear about your headaches, I get those too.  They hurt like
crazy.
Um, do you have 2 Fours?  I know you recently lost Four,
and Mosey and I are still writing your card .
I certainly don't want to write anything wrong on the card.

Those headaches can really mess up your day.  After I got my very long hair
cut off, mine stopped, the headaches that is.  Am now in the process of
letting the hair grow back to se how long it can be before the pain starts
again.

Glad all is well with the cats, except their forgiveness and that will come.

Yeah, those headaches CAN ruin your day,  I have shoulder length hair and it
took me years to grow it that long, and if I get it cut, I have very oily
hair, I have to wash it twice a day.  I usually wear it 'up' any way or in a
ponytail.
The cats are fine, now I've fed them and brushed their teeth, brushed their
fur, complimented them and all that.  I'm out of catnip and they're a little
grumpy about that, but they'll deal with it.  Or not.
Now it's off to bed, at 1:20-ish am here

Finally feel good.  Got med adjusted yesterday and it took effect today.  Am
able to type c-a-t, or think I'm typing c-a-t and it doesn't come up w-a-l-l
or some such. More energy and less sleepy.  Now on with LIFE!

That is SO good to hear Charleen <G>.
Mosey  has been purring for you and I've been praying for you.
Um, when we sent your card out, I included  2  small 23rd Psalm cards in
with your card..I put 2 different cards in the one envelope, and IDK, I hope
they (the Psalm cards)  won't 'offend' you. DH made both the Cat cards and
the small Psalm cards.  I keep alot of them in my purse and 'offer' one to
someone in the store when I go out.  Yesterday, we went to a large store,
and I was offering them to the hoomins there, and 99% of them happily accept
them, one erm  Black lady actually gave me a BIG hug and thanked me and
whispered a prayer in my ear, seeing me using my walker.  THAT act of 'her'
kindness made MY day.
I find that most erm Black people gladly accept these small beautiful cards,
but the 1% that don't want one, I say 'no worries, have a nice day" and then
I go on my way.
One lady was in one of those electic carts, and I asked her, can I 'give'
you this and extended a Psalm card to her and the man she was with and they
just cringed and said 'ewwww NO! '  Then I just said my usual response and
went on my way.
I don't get offended if someone doesn't want one, and I respect their
beliefs.
I don't offer one to anyone wearing a 'turban' , nor Oriental people,
because they
don't usually read a Bible.  One lady I offered one to actually told me
she'd remembered me from before when I gave her one.  She asked how I was
doing.
Anyway, I hust am glad you're feeling better, and I see the mailman picking
up the mail, so, it got put in the outgoing mail yesterday, he'll be picking
up the 'outgoing mail' and it is on it's way to you.  If you don't want
those little Psalm cards, you can do whatever you want to with them, no
worries:)
You should get it by the end of the next week, hopefully.
Mosey and I wrote them together.
Aagin, so glad you're feeling better <BG>
