The video sounded like a TV news story.

I'm sure glad Lola didn't wind up at a kill shelter....!

With this much publicity, I'm sure Lola has been adopted by now.

With some carpeted ramps to help her get up on a couch and bed, and
maybe one for her litterbox, etc, Lola can live a very good life, with
the right person, I'm quite certain.

Note from MileHigh - this sweet little cat made the local news here
some time
ago complete w/followup broadcasts and the last I heard she had lots
of folks
clamoring to adopt her w/a forever home, so am sure she's happy
somewhere
where she now has slaves who love her. The shelters here - also vets
who are
presented with homeless cats for adoption - are super efficient not
only at local
adoption 'events' and promotions but at keeping homeless pets off the
local
streets.....one of the in-your-face facts re this subject is that
unlike my city
of origin, where homeless hoomins and/or pets can live in relative
safety year-
round, in this area - where for 4 days/nights or so below-freezing
temps plus
snow/ice blankets throughout area add up to a Rainbow Bridge trip for
these
unfortunates. As I say, the shelters are super and stray cats/dogs are
few
and far between in winters here.

I'm so glad to hear that.  I knew that kitty would find a home as soon as I
saw his eyes - I was a goner and would have been the first in line at the
shelter!  ;>
