Wellllll...  I left a TV tray open w/ all of my Christmas card stuff on top.
I have at least 5 or 6 boxes of cards that are open and piled on top of each
other.  Pens, stamps, address labels, Christmas note paper and Christmas
stickers and my address book.  All piled on the boxes of cards.

I moved the TV tray to the wall...  thinking that it would be fine since it
was "out of the way".  But, alas, what is out of the way to a cat??

I heard CRASH sometime in the middle of the night.  I decided not to look
b/c then I'd wake up Happy (my Basset Hound) and he'd want to go out.  Boy
was that a silly idea!!  This morning, as I entered my front room, I found a
red envelope on the floor...  the corner was missing.  Then I looked up.
Allllllllllll of the cards were not only on the floor, but spread out as if
someone had lost something in the mess.  One pen was on the coffee table.
How it got there, I don't know.  Another pen was in the kitchen w/a red
corner from a Christmas envelope.  After getting the d*gs out, back in and
fed, I crawled around on the floor picking up Christmas cards, sorting them,
telling Happy and Fabio (my Chihuahua) to go lay down, and yelling at Maui
(my Blue point Siamese) to get away from the mess only to turn around and
find Happy laying on an unsorted Christmas card pile.

And it's not even 9 a.m. yet!!!!!!!

P.S.  `Don't know who knocked over the TV tray (Maui?  Felix?  Oscar?)...
but I have a kitty-cat suspicion that all 4 cats were involved in stirring
up the mess!!

Laurie,
From far away that was a funny story!  I don't think it would have been so
funny if it happened in my house!
