I did a good long bike ride of 60+ miles today. Frosty start. Cold, headwind, rain, sleety rain, more headwind, more cold, more rain... My thighs ache. A lot. Francis has decided to massage my thighs. Problme is, I do not appreciate the feline acupuncture he also insists on adminstering to my knees. I am going through the same thing with Boyfie but higher in the body. He's started to feel okay at last to spring on to me and knead and knead.
