Hi Sarsi here
yeah I at war with bad thing! It must have been created by a d*g lover
or maybe even someone who hates cats! (Meowmie says people like that
exist I ain't never met one but maybe she right for once! 'Cos this is
real bad thing for us!)
Started a coupla weeks back when Meowmie went out and came back wiv
this box...nice box,,,she put it next to her chair where we could easy
jump up for skritchies an' it's still there an thats why I woz
thinkin' they got the box very nice of em but they woz lyin' coz it's
still good for that but little did we know..
IT HAD A MONSTER INSIDE IT!
Yeah it did! Meowmie made lotsa jokes to Paw something bout was not
his 'til Xmas- we likes Xmas, last Xmas we did well on ham front 'cos
Paw was away somewhere an' Meowmie kept goin' to see him an comin'
back with ham an' saying' this was from Paw 'cos he felt bad bout no
seeing us at Xmas
Now much as I is Paw's girl, have to say if an absent Hoomin equals
much ham and Hoomin at home is less ham....then he should stay away!
Then Meowmie makin' jokes bout Paw gettin' 22 inches like he always
wanted...WHAT? I is pretty sure I is bout that long or maybe she gotta
another cat in there what is exacty 22 inches with tail..So I gets
myself ready for it to have a 22 inch cat in it
Only it sit there for a while..an' whilst Hoomins are stoopid I got
mine well enough trained that if woz really a 22 inch kitty in there
they'd have let poor kitty about before then 'cos you know a kitty can
die of hunger if left for more than 6 hours between meals (Well I
would!)
So woz puzzled..not a kitty in box but oh well...it good place to jump
on Meowmie from
Then Unka Mallet comes round..we likes him..he don't have no owners at
home so he comes round to get reminded why Hoomins exist that is he
comes round to skritchie us an'
He opens the box!
An' he takes out a thing wot looks like the black box what the Hoomins
stare at..sometimes I watch it as well but it don't normal play nice
sounds..all Hoomin talkin' which mostly boring
an' he...he...he....I can barely say this!
He moves one of the best sleeping places! An' he takes it away. That
nice big thing what is attached to the computer thing an' what is good
to lie on while Paw watches the pictures on it and is warm on top an'
he puts this thing from the box on the desk instead of it!
then he takes sleepin' place away- maybe he finally become a slave an'
wants something nice for his new owner
Well first of all I thinkin' maybe it better so ups I jump
AND!
This monster all skinny at top so got nowhere to land an' have to land
an' do "Meant to do that" look
The cruel monsters! They has taken away one good sleepin' place an'
replaced it with something I ain't flat enuff to sleep on an' worse
still when I tries Paw gets annoyed (an' even worse still for a long
time now I bin able to do what I want if Meowmie not about 'cos Paw in
the strange wheely chair thingy can't do things an' now he startin' to
do 'em he even picked me up other day- BOY was I surprised!)
So I is currently tryin' to headbutt thing over an' kill it. This
don't make me poplar with Hoomins but a cat has gotta kill a monster
who knows what it might do to them! Theys both lookin' at it an'
sayin' what a great picture it has but far as I see it it not nice
place for kitties to lie on so..
IS WAR

LOL! Great, isn't it? My cats were very unhappy when I got one, too. They
still prowl around it suspiciously at times, and I've had it for ages.

I never would have known. ;o) I recently got a flat screen monitor, Snoopy
is happy about it 'cos it gives her more room on the desk and she never got
on the old one anyway, unlike her her RB sister. :-(

LOL! Great story. I've had a flat screen for months, and Roxy still
looks at the top of it hopefully, like maybe today she'll be able to
jump up there.
Sarsi, you might enjoy resting *behind* the new picture screen. There's
a lot more room back there now!

We gots a flat-faced monster here too. Worse, most of the slaves gots
laptops. Found out that the flat faced monster gives more room to get
between the toe tapping thing and the flat-faced monster. Meowmie had
to have hers put ona wooden box so that she could see it inspite of us
being between them. She even puts a bed between the toe tapping thing
and the flat-faced monster for us so that we'll lays down. Dat dun
work ether. Dis is WAR and we owners will WIN.

Hello, my name is Lewi Ithe grambys son is my servant; I am a deaf kitty
with a hearing dog named sassy. The little humans decided I was french, I
am white except for a beret looking mark over my left ear and my tail which
is orange striped. As to the head butting of objects. I am a stickler for
there not being clutter of any sort on table, end tables or anywhere else a
cat might wish to wander. My human family just can not get that through
their heads. They call it testing grabity but it is keeping the cat path,
resting place or whatever clear!

Does this explain Sarsi's tendency to knock everything off my bedside
table? She wants to get to Paw and the clock/phone charger/coffee mug
(with or without coffee in it) etc are all in the way
Although this is strange. For my birthday a friend (Jenny) brought me
a mug and coaster and scatter tray set showing an autumn scene being
watched by a plump ginger cat (if it was a real cat we'd all be
accusing the slaves of overfeeding) (she's the one who got me a half
bottle of champagne to start my birthday off with and she took loads
of photos at the party, which is going to get developed and put in an
album as part of my present, which is a really nice idea!)
anyway I have a mug both at home and at work so I put the mug and the
coaster away- I'll break a mug sooner or later..but the scatter tray
struck me as ideal to put on the bedside table for keys/loose change/
glasses etc so I did....
Sarsi won't touch it or anything in it, on Wednesday she sent the
clock flying (AGAIN!) but she jumps over/goes round the scatter tray
Don't know what that is about

Piglet always comes in five minutes before my clock goes off and as soon as
it clicks, before it buzzes, she knocks it off.
