Does anyone know of an IRC channel for cat lovers?

I've had mIRC downloaded for years. I use it to chat with folks who love
cooking. Don't know of an existing channel for cat lovers. Perhaps we can
create one? Someone has to be the host of it, though, and I am not equipped
to act as the host for an IRC domain name and take charge of a server on
mIRC.

Any IRC server can host channels. As long as someone's in it it will stay
around.
